Located in the heart of the Galleria area, We’re-Dough Bakery & Cafe is an authentic Lebanese restaurant serving dishes nowhere else found in Houston. We pride ourselves on a chic but welcoming environment. Our menu focuses on fresh ingredients that features a wide variety of authentic items such as -Manoush & Sajj: A Lebanese flatbread that can be eaten with either savory or sweet toppings. -Fakhar eggs: Eggs cooked on a special traditional Lebanese clay pot. -Kaak: Traditional Lebanese street bread coated with sesame seeds. -Lahme bil Ajiin: A Lebanese puff pasty topped with ground beef and pine nuts with the option of drizzling pomegranate molasses on top.
